Rezdy is a booking and distribution platform for tours, activities & attractions. Rezdy combines an online booking software (for the operator’s site and internal use) with a B2B marketplace where tour operators (suppliers) and agents can connect and trade inventory.

Product functions

BookinIT provides an Intelligent Search and booking interface for tours, packages, accommodations, and flights, connecting both in-house offers and external supplier feeds. Key functions include Advanced dynamic filters, step-by-step booking wizard, automatic offer grouping, and real-time inventory and price synchronization. The platform focuses on delivering higher online sales with a perfect customer experience, efficient offer management, and effortless online sales for both B2C and B2B channels.

Online booking engine (with widgets for the operator’s website), schedule & resource management for tours, automated emails/SMS to customers, a reseller portal for agents, and the Rezdy Channel Manager connecting to global resellers (Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.). It’s both a operations management tool and a distribution network.

Suppliers options & communication

BookinIT can integrate to any supplier via API. BookinIT makes it easy to search and display offers with dynamic prices and avalilability from providers' inventories in one simple intutive system. Reservations are made automatically in suppliers systems so you do not need to write or call.

Provides numerous integration options: it can connect a tour operator’s inventory to online travel agencies like Viator, Expedia, GetYourGuide via its Channel Manager. It also allows importing products from some partner systems. Through Rezdy Channel Manager, when an agent books, the supplier is instantly notified and the availability is updated in the supplier’s Rezdy. Rezdy also supports sending instant confirmations and vouchers to both customers and agents.

Direct flight bookings

Yes — via integrations. BookinIT connects to external flight content (e.g., GDS/consolidators or content hubs like Traffics) to enable live search, pricing, and booking of flights. Ticketing/PNR issuance is handled through the connected supplier/GDS. For charter/allotment flights, BookinIT can also display and manage seat availability as part of packages.

No – Rezdy is specifically for tours/activities. It doesn’t book flights or hotels. It’s about time-slot or date-based local experiences.

CRM

BookinIT stores customer details from bookings/inquiries, but no dedicated CRM module for leads or marketing. Can be connected to CRM system.

Rezdy has Customer management where it keeps customer info, booking history, and can store notes or assign customers to groups (e.g., VIP, etc.) to an extent. It’s not a full CRM, but it helps tour operators keep track of their customers.

Quoting

BookinIT includes quoting: create multi-option offers, keep prices and availability live, and send proposals.

It doesn’t have a traditional quote generator for multi-day custom tours, but it does allow operators or agents to create manual bookings in the system. This can serve as a quote: an agent can hold a booking or create a pending order and then confirm it when the client pays.

Operations

BookinIT manages bookings (reservations, inquiries) in a simple queue. Suited for simpler operations.

It’s not an ERP but it has features like a central calendar/manifest view where operators can see all bookings for each session, print out rosters, etc. It also has resource management (to avoid overbooking a guide or equipment if two tours use the same resource).

Finances & Accounting

BookinIT can record booking payments, but invoices or payables management are not automated. External accounting software would be used for financials (through integration with BookinIT). Supports multi-currency.

It tracks payments for bookings (it can even collect payments online). It generates invoices/receipts for customers. It has reports on revenue, outstanding payments (for agents on credit), and can calculate commissions owed to agents. Integrates with Xero accounting software via add-ons, allowing syncing of financial data.

Inventory

Not an inventory system but instead BookinIT connects and organizes travel offers from various sources — including your own offers & inventory systems & external providers like Phobs, Traffics, ORS or any other supplier.

Rezdy manages live availability down to each timeslot. Also, with the Channel Manager, that availability is updated across all channels in real time. Rezdy can also handle multiple ticket types inventory (adult, child counts) and resource-dependent inventory.

Web plugin

Yes – BookinIT is built as a web CMS/booking engine. It integrates into the agency’s website seamlessly (WordPress-based with shortcodes and widgets). Essentially acts as the website’s booking frontend.

Rezdy provides Booking Widgets that operators embed on their existing websites. These widgets (or an API) let customers search availability and book without leaving the operator’s site, with Rezdy handling the backend.

Sales functions & channels

BookinIT supports direct online sales through an expert-designed web interface that enables customers to book step-by-step with 24/7 reservations and online payments. Supports marketing features like last minute. In addition, it allows partner sales via embedded iFrames and API integrations, so your offers can be resold directly on partner websites. BookinIT also supports exporting offers to external platforms through OTDS file transfers via Traffics integration, including return links for receiving bookings, inquiries, and search data.

It includes widgets to add booking capability to any website or Facebook page (to capture B2C sales), and it also drives B2B sales through its agent network. It can handle promo codes, multiple agent commissions, and embed booking forms in partner websites. For B2C, it covers direct online bookings. For B2B, it provides an Agent Portal where local agents can log in and book the supplier’s tours.

Channel manager

BookinIT is not a channel manager but it has it's functionality. It does connect to other Channel Managers like PHOBS gathering the content from channels into your website. Additionally, BookinIT provides opportunity to share offers with B2B partners.

It has a Channel Manager for tours. It links tour operators to distribution channels like Viator, TripAdvisor/Traveler, Expedia, Booking.com Experiences, etc. Availability and bookings sync through Rezdy’s system, so operators can easily broaden their reach without separate extranets for each OTA.

Price

One-time setup fee based on scope + monthly support fee starting from €500.

Monthly fee plus a commission per booking. They offer plans with different commission vs. subscription mixes.

Commission on bookings
